Solid understanding of ASP.Net, either MVC2 of Monorail. Understanding of MVC3 is a pre.
Demonstrable experience with Entity Framework 4.0 or NHibernate. Experience with Entity Framework 4.1 is a pre.Knowledge of the following techniques: .Net 4 Framework, C#, jQuery and DHTMLX
Experience working with an environment which employ Agile processes such as Scrum
